Bulletin Boards for the Music Classroom - "Tracy King's Site" - the motherload of downloads for lyrics and activities, typically based on PowerPoint and the approved repository of lyric PPTs for subscribers of MK8 magazine. Another motherload - music bulletin boards - lots and lots. And more.

Pat Boozer, a real elementary music teacher, has created two fonts that I adore and recommend. First is StaffWriter, a music writing font that you use like... well... a font. It is great for doing rhythm notation worksheets (and more), PowerPoint and IWB uses and assessments. I use it all the time. The second is SingASign, a (hold on....) font that uses the Curwen hand signs! You can now type the hand signs for bulletin boards, activity sheets, flash cards --- your imagination is the limited. Go check it out now! |
Music Ed Resources Idea Library - Sandra Tom's vast collection of ideas gleaned from all over the internet, arranged by topic. A fabulous source.
